About the role

Shinetec Horti Pte Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Gardeners. We welcome candidates with experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture. We also welcome individuals who have a strong interest in the industry and are eager to learn. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills through structured on-the-job training and hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape and garden maintenance.
• Water, prune, trim, weed, and fertilise plants, shrubs, trees, and turf.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other landscape features.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Monitor plant health and report signs of pests, diseases, or other issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned work areas.
• Assist with landscaping projects and seasonal planting activities.
• Comply with workplace safety procedures and company standards.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

About you

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to follow instructions.
• Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely is an advantage.
