About the Role
We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Gardener /Landscaper to maintain the gardens and grounds across our villa in Bingin, Uluwatu, and Pecatu.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain gardens, plants, and landscaping across assigned villas.
Water, prune, and care for tropical plants on a regular schedule.
Keep outdoor areas clean and guest-ready at all times.
Maintain irrigation systems and report issues promptly.
Use and maintain gardening tools safely.
Requirements
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
- Knowledge of tropical plants and seasonal upkeep.
- Physically fit, comfortable with outdoor, active work and early starts.
- Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel between assigned villas (Bingin / Uluwatu / Pecatu).
- Prior villa or hospitality grounds experience is a plus.
