Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Gardener to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and outdoor areas to ensure the hotel grounds are clean, attractive, healthy, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas.
• Perform watering, planting, pruning, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing as required.
• Operate gardening tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain irrigation systems and report leaks, faults, or damaged equipment.
• Remove dry leaves, branches, weeds, and other garden waste.
• Ensure outdoor areas, pathways, and landscaped areas are clean and presentable.
• Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and signs of poor growth and report issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist with planting seasonal flowers and maintaining decorative plants.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of gardening tools and equipment.
• Follow hotel safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Support other landscaping and outdoor maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Gardener, preferably in a hotel, resort, landscaping company, or similar environment.
• Previous hotel or resort landscaping experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic gardening, irrigation, pruning, planting, and plant care.
• Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods, including in hot weather.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hotel or resort landscaping.
• Knowledge of tropical and ornamental plants is an advantage.
• Experience with irrigation systems and basic landscaping maintenance.
• Reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
