Gardener

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens, plants, lawns, trees, and outdoor areas to a clean, healthy, and well-presented standard.

This is a full-time position with company-provided accommodation, transportation, and visa sponsorship in addition to the salary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, plants, shrubs, and trees.
• Water plants and monitor their health and condition.
• Plant, transplant, prune, trim, and fertilize plants as required.
• Mow lawns and maintain grass areas.
• Remove weeds, fallen leaves, and garden waste.
• Operate and maintain basic gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Perform routine landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Identify plant diseases, pests, or other issues and report them when necessary.
• Keep gardening tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow proper health, safety, and workplace procedures.
• Complete other reasonable gardening and outdoor maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a gardener, groundskeeper, landscaping worker, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, irrigation, pruning, and lawn maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically active duties.
• Ability to safely use common gardening tools and equipment.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Candidates with relevant landscaping or horticulture experience are encouraged to apply.
