Gardener – Casual / Full-Time | $33.05–$35 per hour + Super

AAA Garden Services is looking for a reliable gardener to join our established Perth garden maintenance team.

We generally start new team members on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into full-time employment if it’s a good fit for both sides.

We service residential, aged-care, NDIS and regular maintenance clients across Perth. This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in their work and is looking for consistent, long-term employment.

About the role

You’ll work as part of a team carrying out:

• Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
• Weeding and garden bed maintenance
• Pruning and hedging
• Green waste removal and clean-up
• Regular scheduled garden maintenance
• Once-off garden tidy-ups

Work is available Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday work available.

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team
• Friendly and respectful with clients
• Willing to follow instructions and learn
• Careful with tools, vehicles and client properties
• Looking for stable, long-term work

Previous gardening experience is preferred, but onsite training is available for the right person.

Requirements

• Reliable transport to our Canning Vale base for early starts
• Australian work rights
• Police clearance, or willingness to obtain one
• Clear communication skills
• Physically capable of outdoor work
