About the Opportunity

We are seeking participants who use garden hoses regularly, either at work or around their home, to participate in a hands-on customer experience (CX) research session. This is a one-time, in-person event where you'll test garden hose nozzles, evaluate grip comfort, spray patterns, pressure performance, and provide feedback on usability and design. Your practical insights will help us better understand user needs and preferences for garden hose nozzles.

Event Details:

• Date: October 22, 2026, Thursday
• Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
• Onsite Participation: Approximately 90 minutes
• Location: CX Lab, Northwest Atlanta, Georgia (near Smyrna/Vinings) — exact venue details will be shared with selected participants.
• Compensation: $200 Home Depot gift card issued after the session.

Relevant Experience

• Regular use of garden hoses at work or around your home (landscaping, gardening, maintenance, cleaning, etc.).
• Hands-on familiarity with different garden hose nozzles, spray patterns, and spray settings.
• Experience evaluating nozzle comfort, grip feel, pressure control, and ease of use.
• Willingness to provide candid feedback on product features, usability, and design preferences.

Requirements

• Regular user of garden hoses, either professionally or for residential/home use.
• Located within the Atlanta, Georgia area and able to attend the in-person event on October 22, 2026.
• Available for approximately 90 minutes onsite participation (9:00AM – 2:00PM EST).
• Able to physically operate and test garden hose nozzles.
• Willing to provide identification for verification purposes.
