About the role:

As the Groundsperson / Gardener, you will help to carry out the daily gardening, maintenance, and landscaping across our business locations.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Lawn mowing, edging and hedge trimming.
• Cleaning and maintenance of ponds.
• Fertilising and mulching the gardens according to schedules.
• Routine management of weeds and pests.
• Checking and repairing reticulation.
• Repairing and cleaning commonly used areas, such as building exteriors and paths as directed.
• Keeping grounds free of rubbish & debris.
• Operating, cleaning and storing equipment ensuring safety and security.
• Monitoring stock and supplies and reporting any deficiencies.

About you:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Hold a current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
• Fit and able to work in warm weather outdoor conditions.
• A safety-first mindset.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
