What they need
Role: Maintain our heritage estate gardens and build a productive permaculture landscape.
Duties: Daily garden upkeep, composting and mulching, kitchen garden, drip irrigation, organic pest control, tree care.
Requirements: 3+ years in horticulture or landscaping with permaculture or organic farming experience. Basic English plus Hindi, Konkani or Marathi.
Benefits: Food, accommodation, 15 days paid leave, medical cover, annual bonus.
