Join our team of 30 passionate gardeners and play a vital role in showcasing beautiful Hamilton Island!
Our Resort Presentation team maintains the tropical gardens, manicured lawns and vibrant landscapes that make Hamilton Island such a special place. We’re looking for a Gardener who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful spaces.

Your Role
Working across the island’s gardens and landscaped areas, you’ll help maintain the presentation of our resort while supporting the health and growth of our tropical plants.
Where you'll make an impact
- Undertake turf and garden maintenance and landscape construction
- Implement routine pest management and plant nutrition programs
- Safely operate landscape maintenance equipment in line with all Workplace Health and Safety procedures
- Uphold the aesthetic standards of all landscape precincts with meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in propagation and other aspects of the nursery complete
What we're looking for
You love nature and the outdoors, tropical plants will be your passion and you love to see them thrive.
To be successful, you will need:
- Certificate I, II or III in Horticulture or a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Manual QLD driver’s licence (Essential)
- Irrigation knowledge is not essential but will impress us.
