We are looking for a Maintenance person/Gardener to join our newly established Landscaping team and oversee the maintenance, garden and upkeep of all sites, both finished properties and those in construction throughout the Canterbury region.
This role offers the opportunity to:

• Work with highly skilled project managers, foremen, carpenters, landscapers and a supportive office team
• Be a key part of the delivery of high-quality homes
• You will be trusted to work autonomously, using your initiative to find and deliver on tasks

This role will suit someone who:

• Uses initiative and can see what needs to be done before being asked;
• Happy to be on multiple different jobs a day, juggling multiple priorities;
• Has high quality standards, pride in their work and wants to see the brand succeed;
• Is keen to work in a varied role, with elements of carpentry, landscaping, general maintenance, gardening and clean-up of construction sites;
• An openness to learning and a determination to deliver their best, always;
• Is a clear and concise communicator, both verbally and in writing;
• A NZ current driver’s license.
