• Ensure all inspection activities comply with established quality standards and customer specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Allocate and coordinate available team members to achieve daily work targets.
• Monitor raw material issues affecting production, follow up on corrective actions, and coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update all relevant laboratory charts, records, and reports.
• Identify training and development needs within the assigned area and coordinate appropriate training activities.
• Assist the Department Manager in communicating and sharing necessary information with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30-45 years old
• University degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Dyeing Technology, Textile Technology, Garment Technology, or a related field.
• Have 3 years of experience in a Senior/Leader Lab position, specializing in fabric and raw material inspection in a garment manufacturing environment(swimwear products is preferred); Knowledge of various fabric testing and color testing methods.
• Have management experience, including supervising and managing subordinate staff.
• Good command of spoken English.
