GARMENT MERCHANDISER

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Garment Merchandiser to manage the complete order lifecycle from product development to shipment. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle garment orders from development stage through production and shipment
• Coordinate with buyers, factories, suppliers, and logistic partners on daily operations
• Follow up on product development, sampling, costing, and approvals
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Negotiate prices, delivery dates, and production requirements with suppliers and factories
• Manage fabric, trims, accessories, and production planning
• Ensure products meet customer quality standards and specifications
• Track order status and prepare merchandising reports
• Resolve production and quality issues promptly
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and required documentation

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Textile, Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in garment merchandising
• Strong knowledge of woven, knit, and textile products
• Experience dealing with overseas buyers and garment factories
• Good understanding of garment production processes and quality standards
• Familiarity with OEM, ODM, and OBM business models
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage
