Garment Technician

Role Overview:

As a Garment Technician in our Hong Kong office, you will play a crucial role in developing our collections. Your expertise in various garment types: outerwear, tailoring, shirts and fine knit—will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. A strong background in garment construction & grading is essential.

Job Description:

·         Collaborate with the design team, developer, product Manager to develop and refine garment specifications.

·         Conduct fittings and provide technical support for accurate fit and construction.

·         Maintain detailed tech packs, including measurement charts and construction details.

·         Communicate technical specifications to factories and suppliers.

·         Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve pattern and grading and fit issues.

·         Upload reports & samples status into our system and ensure timely updates.

·         Prepare the comments, sample measurements report & fitting evaluation

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Higher Diploma or equivalent in Intimate Apparel, Clothing, Textiles, or a related field.

·         Over 8 years of technical experience in the garment industry, preferably in an MNC sourcing office.

·         Strong knowledge of paper pattern making and grading.

·         Expertise in garment construction techniques for various fabrics and styles.

·         Familiarity with men’s wear and women’s wear patterns.

·         Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

·         Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
