As we grow our "Forged for Glory" campaign, we're looking for a skilled technical professional to help us uphold the quality and craftsmanship our brand story is built on.
Role Summary

2. Create garment specifications and technical documentation (spec sheets, construction details, BOMs, measurement charts).
3. Develop and modify CAD patterns, including size grading, according to design, fit and measurement requirements.
4. Conduct fittings, assess samples for fit, construction, measurements and quality, and prepare clear sample comments.
5. Review knitwear construction, yarn behaviour, stitch quality and garment performance.
6. Identify technical issues and provide practical, cost-conscious solutions.
7. Work closely with designers and suppliers to ensure fit, quality and timelines are met.

Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, stretch behaviour, seams and stitch types used in activewear (flatlock, coverstitch, bonded seams, etc.).

Strong fit assessment skills, with the ability to give precise, actionable feedback to suppliers.
Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable managing timelines across teams.
Preferred
Experience in fit blocks for compression, performance and leisure wear.
Knowledge of fabric testing standards and performance requirements (shrinkage, pilling, recovery).
Experience
1-5 years in technical development for activewear/knitwear.
