Garments Suprvisor

Minimum 5 years of experience in the garments/textile industry.

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day garment production activities.
• Allocate work to operators and ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production targets, efficiency, and manpower utilization.
• Ensure garments are produced according to quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, and Packing teams.
• Identify production issues and take corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor operator performance and maintain workplace discipline.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of machines, materials, and accessories.
• Maintain daily production reports and other relevant records.
• Follow company safety, quality, and 5S procedures.
• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.
