Role & responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responds efficiently and effectively to all correspondence from customers, employees, or 3rd Party vendors through all methods of communications (i.e., email, fax, all applicable software, phone) and any additional methods incorporated through process improvement.
• Timely processing and data entry of basic garnishment orders including responses/notification to appropriate parties (employees and agencies).
• Assist as needed to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of garnishment accounts.
• Managing and updating client/employee records.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic understanding and knowledge of garnishment calculations.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to meet daily and weekly department deadlines.
• Good communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Self-starter able to make sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Strong organizational skills.
