Aqua Shield is looking for an experienced, reliable and friendly Gas Heating Engineer to join our growing team in Hull.

We're a well-established, family-run heating and air conditioning company that's been looking after customers across Hull and East Yorkshire since 2006.

We're looking for someone who's confident working on domestic gas boilers and heating systems, enjoys fault finding and takes pride in delivering a great service.

And here's the exciting bit – we'll provide training in air conditioning!

As our air conditioning business continues to grow, we're looking for an engineer who wants to develop new skills alongside their existing heating experience.

You don't need any previous air conditioning experience. Just a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for doing a good job.

What You'll Be Doing

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic gas boilers.
• Diagnosing and resolving boiler and central heating faults.
• Installing and replacing domestic boilers and heating systems.
• Working with leading manufacturers including Worcester Bosch, Ideal, Vaillant and Baxi.
• Carrying out work to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.
• Learning to install, service and maintain modern air-to-air air conditioning systems.
• Working independently and alongside our experienced engineering team.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Experienced domestic Gas Heating Engineer.
• Relevant domestic gas qualifications and eligibility for Gas Safe registration.
• Strong boiler servicing, repair and fault-finding experience.
• Good knowledge of domestic central heating systems.
• Experience installing replacement boilers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Friendly, professional attitude towards customers.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• A genuine willingness to learn new skills.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience with Worcester Bosch and Ideal products.
• Any previous air conditioning or refrigeration experience.
• F-Gas qualifications.

No air conditioning experience? No problem. We'll provide the training.
