About the role
We are hiring an experienced Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily station operations and staff
- Monitor daily sales and fuel inventory
- Monitor cash handling and cashier accountability
- Monitor P.O. accounts and credit transactions
- Check fuel deliveries and inventory discrepancies
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Handle customer and tenant concerns
- Monitor station equipment, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- Coordinate with Accounting, HR, and Management
About you
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Gas station, retail, warehouse, or similar operations experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling reports, inventory, cash, and account monitoring
