Duties

• Supervise daily station operations, including fueling, cashiering, and store activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead and motivate staff by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
• Manage inventory levels through purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock organization to maximize sales.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to attract customers and boost retail sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain excellent phone etiquette to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular safety checks, enforce health protocols, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in retail or fuel station environments with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual) with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, pricing strategies, and sales management software.
• Skilled in negotiation, marketing techniques, and merchandising to optimize store performance.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities such as recruiting, interviewing, scheduling shifts, and budgeting.
• Demonstrated competence in customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and conflict resolution.
