As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Gate Concierge to join our team on a part-time contract .

About The Role As a Gate Concierge , you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional first impression for everyone arriving at Adare Manor. Positioned at the entrance to the estate, you will provide a warm, professional and polished welcome to our guests and visitors while helping ensure their arrival experience is seamless from the very first moment.

You will combine outstanding guest service with excellent attention to detail, providing directions and assistance while helping to manage access to the estate in a professional and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional and attentive welcome to guests and visitors arriving at Adare Manor.
• Assist guests with directions and information to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
• Manage access to the estate in a discreet, professional and courteous manner.
• Liaise with departments across the resort regarding guest arrivals, visitors and deliveries as required.
• Maintain excellent awareness of activity across the estate to provide accurate information and assistance.
• Respond to guest queries with confidence, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe and seamless experience for everyone entering the resort.

Who You Are We're looking for someone who is warm, engaging and naturally hospitable , with the confidence to provide an exceptional welcome while maintaining the professionalism expected within a luxury resort environment.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest service, concierge, security or another customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and good situational awareness.
• The ability to remain calm, composed and helpful in a busy environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours in line with the operational needs of the resort.
