What they need
- Complete a proper shift handover with the incoming security supervisor or gate keeper.
- Control, monitor and record various vehicle and people movements as required.
- Assist, support and work with relevant management and employees as needed.
- Where relevant use CCTV systems to help monitor and control workplace activities.
- Where relevant ensure body searches are conducted on staff and 3rd party contract staff.
- Immediately report and if required follow up on all security and safety issues, including accidents.
- Liaise with management and/or emergency services to help manage/control an emergency situation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Safety & Security Manager or the Security Supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 year minimum security related experience
Logistics/warehouse experience advantageous
Able to work alone with minimal supervision
Good English speaker with good written skills (Hindi advantageous).
Able to work alone with minimal supervision.
