ABOUT THE ROLE

Two Roles Available | Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

We have two exciting opportunities to step into a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll be the friendly face of our Bibra Lake branch (6163) and play a key part in keeping every asset arrival and departure moving. If you’re a reliable, customer-focused quick learner who thrives on variety, this could be the opportunity for you.

What you’ll get stuck into:

• Keep the gatehouse running smoothly by coordinating, monitoring and recording asset departures and deliveries
• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers and tow truck drivers delivering and collecting assets
• Learn the role with hands-on training and support from your teammates, giving you the skills and confidence to achieve great results for our customers, vendors and the wider branch team.
• Help keep everyone safe by following all WHS policies and procedures
• Team up with departments across the branch to keep the day running like clockwork

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a great fit if you’re switched on, dependable and ready to jump into a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A sharp eye for detail and pride in getting things right
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and confidence using an iPad
• The ability to deliver quality work while keeping pace with deadlines
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend overtime when required
