Gatehouse Keeper – Glenlee Terminal

• $38/hr + penalties
• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shifts

About Our Client

Our client operates a key freight terminal at Glenlee and is seeking a reliable and organised Gatehouse Keeper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What you will be doing

• Operating systems to efficiently gate in & gate out trucks
• Sending out daily reports to customers and stakeholders
• Liaising with terminal operators to capture live data
• Greeting and directing trucks entering and leaving the terminal
• Checking contractor documents
• Performing data entry into internal systems

What you will need

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous administration or gatehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence using computer systems and completing data entry
