AF1 Protective Agency is a Florida-licensed security agency (License B1700251) headquartered in Sunrise, FL. We provide professional security officers to residential communities, commercial properties and government clients across South Florida. We are hiring officers for an upscale guard-gated residential community in Weston.

What You’ll Do

• Staff the gatehouse and control entry for residents, visitors, vendors and contractors
• Verify guests and log all entries accurately
• Patrol the community on foot, by golf cart or by vehicle as assigned
• Enforce community rules professionally and courteously
• Write clear, detailed incident reports for management
• Respond to resident concerns and escalate issues per post orders
• Represent AF1 with a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Requirements

• Active Florida Class D Security Officer License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of security experience; gated community or residential experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to write clear incident reports in English
• Reliable transportation and a punctual attendance record
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Smartphone for shift check-ins and reporting
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred

• Spanish speakers
• Experience with visitor management systems or gate access software
