Gateway Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and fast-learning Technical Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our fintech payments orchestration platform.

This entry-level position combines hands-on operational responsibilities, technical troubleshooting, and the use of AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for technology and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily monitoring and operational activities across the platform and its payment flows.

• Identify, document and investigate transaction or system issues; escalate complex cases to

relevant teams.

• Explore AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) and simple automation opportunities to reduce

repetitive tasks and improve workflows.

• Research market trends, emerging technologies, payment solutions and tools; share useful

findings with the team.

• Assist with operational reports, data checks and basic dashboards using available systems.

• Coordinate with Development, Compliance, Risk, Support and Operations teams to follow up on

issues and tasks.

• Help maintain and improve operating procedures, checklists and documentation.

• Support operational communication with international payment providers, banks and partners as

needed.

• Learn the platform, payment processes and internal tools, gradually taking ownership of routine

tasks.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude; comfortable learning unfamiliar software and

systems.

• Excellent learning ability, curiosity, initiative and a practical problem-solving mindset.

• Attention to detail, organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Interest in AI tools, automation and process improvement.

• Willingness to support urgent operational matters outside regular hours occasionally, when

required.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Technological military-service background (including Unit 8200 or similar), or equivalent self-

taught technical skills.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Excel, basic data analysis or no-code automation tools.

• Basic exposure to APIs, SQL, CRM/BI tools, fintech or payment systems.
