Join Our Team as a Meat Carvers
We are seeking passionate and skilled Gauchos (Meat Carvers) to join our vibrant team at Chima Steakhouse, an authentic Brazilian steakhouse delivering a one-of-a-kind dining experience through traditional churrasco-style service.As a Gaucho, you’ll be the star of the dining room — carving and serving expertly grilled meats tableside while providing warm, energetic hospitality in true Brazilian fashion.
- Skewer, grill, and carve a variety of meats over an open flame (beef, lamb, chicken, pork, etc.)
- Deliver meats to guests tableside with engaging, professional service
- Monitor meat temperatures and rotate selections to ensure quality and consistency
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
