Job Description:

Assist Enterprise customers with tracking inquiries for orders and shipments using customer's systems and tools.
Handle investigation cases related to lost, delayed, or missing shipments.
Manage and process customer claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
Document all customer interactions, actions taken, and case updates within the system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and Apple guidelines.
