Job Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations and ensure high quality service delivery across Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Technology functions.
• Drive strategic planning and execution to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Oversee performance, analyse key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large multidisciplinary workforce, fostering engagement and professional growth.
• Drive local and global transformation initiatives and organisational change programmes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align operations with broader business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Provide strong governance, execution oversight, and operational leadership across the site.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Site Head, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role within a multinational Shared Services environment.
• Experience working across Finance, Technology, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Human Resources service functions is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading sites with more than 500 employees across multiple functional areas.
• Strong track record in driving organisational change and transformation at both local and global levels.
• Experience overseeing complex operations, governance frameworks, and large-scale service delivery environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Solid financial and operational management experience.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate large teams.
