You'll make an impact by

• Support on Budget planning and regular forecast for assigned Support Functions (Governance, Country Support Functions and Others). Ensure proper cost control and design charge or allocation proposal based on guidelines.
• Monitor and clarify deviations between actual and plan, support management team to timely review and adjust business planning if necessary.
• Deeply understand responsible area's business nature, monitor financial performance, provide KPI analysis, prepare and comment respective performance report required by country Management or HQ. Ensure transparency, accuracy and timeliness of various reports.
• Support on commercial process for new business module/solution and monitor productivity for assigned area.
• Proactively participate in digital transformation related projects or process optimization.
• Perform daily controlling and financial analysis operations. Understand and implement guidelines via defined tools.

Your defining qualities

• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting. Siemens experience is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Experience in tools like Qliksense, Mendix or Power BI would be value-added.
• Structured thinking and good analytic skills.
• Quick learner and self-motivated, open-minded for changes.
• Responsible and reliable with good communication skills. Strong team working ability, capable of managing challenges.

• Financial Domain Knowledge: Possess sufficient professional knowledge to handle complex tasks; have rich experience in analysis and impact assessment. Possess solid accounting/financial knowledge and hold relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ACA, CTA, CIMA, CMA, CFA).
• Financial Related Operation: Possess sufficient understanding of internal and external financial concepts, frameworks and processes; able to handle complex operational cases. Have rich accounting and financial management experience in different business and operational areas.
• Professional Ethics and Compliance: Apply professional judgment when handling potential conflicts; maintain appropriate guidelines throughout the organization.
• IT Systems, Data Architecture & Technology: Possess cross-system expertise; understand the underlying principles behind IT systems and processes.
• Data Management & Data Security: Possess sufficient data management and data security knowledge to handle complex work cases.
• Process Automation Solutions: Understand process automation systems and identify potential use cases or application areas in financial operations.
• Data Sourcing & Preparation: Able to judge data quality, identify inconsistencies, and make necessary corrections.
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Possess in-depth understanding and skillful application; able to uncover business insights beyond surface phenomena.
