GCC Acquisition Manager

An established international iGaming operator is looking for a commercially driven GCC Acquisition Manager to lead strategy, growth, and market positioning across the Gulf Cooperation Council.

This is a senior role requiring a deep understanding of Arabic-speaking markets, player behaviour, affiliate ecosystems, payment infrastructure, and regional operational dynamics.

The role will oversee market expansion, commercial performance, partnerships, and localisation strategy while working remotely within a global leadership structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance of GCC markets, translating the global business strategy into practical local actions.
• Execute local acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives across Arabic-speaking audiences.
• Monitor daily revenue, GGR, player activity and conversion, taking action to address gaps and improve results.
• Manage market budgets and commercial performance, tracking spend, revenue and profitability against targets.
• Optimise CPA, LTV and ARPU through ongoing campaign analysis and coordination with Marketing and CRM.
• Identify, onboard and manage regional affiliates, negotiate commercial terms and monitor traffic quality and performance.
• Coordinate local promotions, bonuses and VIP initiatives with CRM and VIP teams to improve engagement and retention.
• Work with Product teams to improve the sportsbook and casino experience, highlighting local player preferences and customer feedback.
• Track competitor offers, regional trends and regulatory developments, sharing actionable insights with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Payments, Risk, Compliance and Product to deliver market priorities and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook).
• Proven track record managing GCC or Arabic-speaking markets.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in performance-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems and player acquisition models.
• Experience working in grey or regulated market structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience scaling markets from the launch phase to maturity.
• Native or fluent Arabic would be an advantage.
