Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced GCC Sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth within the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have experience engaging with GCC leadership teams, identifying business opportunities, and selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, Engineering, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Engineering Heads, Delivery Heads, Procurement and Business Leaders.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop strategic account plans and expand existing GCC relationships.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and Delivery teams to create winning solutions.
• Sell Cloud, Data & AI, Digital Engineering, Application Development, QA, ERP and Managed Services.
• Manage CRM, pipeline and forecasting.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of B2B IT Services / Technology Consulting Sales.
• Mandatory experience selling to Global Capability Centers (GCCs/GICs).
• Strong hunting and new logo acquisition experience.
• Enterprise stakeholder & CXO engagement.
• Consultative and solution selling expertise.
• Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM or similar.
