GCP DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled GCP DevOps Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in deploying, managing, and scaling our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. Your expertise will enable us to streamline operations, enhance system reliability, and ensure high levels of performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment in GCP.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud workflows and enhance system performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Assist in the design and architecture of cloud solutions while adhering to best practices.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and infrastructure as code tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, specifically working with GCP services.
• Strong proficiency in cloud architecture and management, including VM, Kubernetes, and networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Stackdriver or Prometheus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes.
