- Production Support & Troubleshooting
- ServiceNow & Jira Operations
- Technical Documentation & Runbook Management
- Knowledge Transfer & Stakeholder Coordination
Key Skills:
- GCP Administration & Production Support
- GCP Networking, Shared VPC, Subnets & Firewall
- Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run & Cloud Functions
- Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage & Pub/Sub
- IAM, Service Accounts & Secret Manager
- Cloud Monitoring & Cloud Logging
