Wellphy Medical Hub is looking for dedicated and compassionate General Duty Assistants (GDA) to join our patient-care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for consultations, treatments, and therapy sessions.
• Support physiotherapists, and other clinical staff with routine patient-care activities.
• Assist with checking and recording basic vital signs, if trained.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper assistance throughout their stay.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient-care areas.
• Assist with patient transfers and safe movement as required.
• Report patient concerns or changes in condition to the concerned clinical staff.

Eligibility:

• GDA / General Duty Assistant certification preferred.
• ANM or equivalent healthcare qualification may also be considered.
• Previous experience in a hospital, rehabilitation centre, or healthcare facility is an advantage.
• Freshers with relevant training may also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-friendly and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Basic understanding of patient safety and hygiene.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
