Spectrometer operation and chemical composition control
Degassing operation / Vacuum density testing
Dross reduction and Metal recovery improvement
Energy consumption control
Molten metal temperature and Furnace management
Metal treatment and Grain refinement / Modification
Furnace refractory , Relining and Preventive maintenance
Molten metal safety , SOP and Risk management
Aluminium scrap handling and charge mix optimization
Good Managing skills, Good communication skills.
Preferred candidate profile
