What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with bookings and inquiries
- Book air, hotel, and car reservations through GDS using cryptic commands.
- Handle ticketing, reissues, exchanges, and refunds
- Provide excellent customer service to U.S.‑based travelers
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate
- 1-2+ years of corporate travel (TMC) front‑office experience
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or other GDS platforms
- Strong GDS proficiency; knowledgeable in IATA geography
- Willing to work onsite and can start ASAP
