Gelato Laboratory

Must be available 30–40 hours per week with open availability.

We’re looking for someone to join our team making fresh gelato in our laboratory.

This is a hands-on position focused on preparing gelato from start to finish while keeping the workspace clean, organized, and up to our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Make gelato using our recipes and processes
• Prepare and measure ingredients
• Operate gelato-making equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Help manage ingredients and inventory

Food production or kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
