GeM Executive

• Prepare and upload required technical, commercial and statutory documents accurately on the GeM portal.
• Coordinate pricing, taxes, freight, delivery and other commercial inputs and ensure final bid pricing is approved before submission.
• Submit bids, offers and required declarations through GeM before the closing date/time; ensure no approved bid is missed due to delay.
• Maintain and update Evian Furniture's GeM catalogue/product information, including product specifications, images, prices, stock/quantity and other applicable details.
• Track bid status from submission through technical evaluation, financial evaluation, negotiation/clarification, award and order/contract stage.
• Respond to buyer clarifications and coordinate submission of additional documents or information within the prescribed timeline.
• Track EMD, Performance Security/ePBG, order acceptance, delivery requirements and other applicable post-award compliances.
• Maintain a complete GeM Bid Master Tracker and daily/weekly MIS for management review. Study unsuccessful bids and identify reasons such as pricing, eligibility, technical compliance or documentation gaps to improve future participation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
