GeM Tender Executive

Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi
Salary Budget: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other government tender portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and submission deadlines.
• Handle the complete tendering process, from tender identification to bid submission.
• Prepare technical and financial bids, quotations and required documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Technical and Accounts teams to collect the required information and documents.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timely submission of bids.
• Handle EMD, performance security and other tender-related documentation, wherever applicable.
• Track tender status, results, deadlines and upcoming opportunities.
• Maintain tender trackers, submission records and supporting documents.
• Follow up on bid results, clarifications, order processing and other post-submission activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in GeM portal operations and government tender management.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and IT product tenders is preferred.
• Understanding of technical and financial bid preparation and tender compliance.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and tender tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
