The Project Coordinator oversees gemstone selection projects from planning to export, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and a continuous supply of stones to Production. The role works closely with the Selection Office, Laboratory, Production, and Management teams.

About Kimberly Diamonds

Kimberly Diamonds is a Bangkok-based gemstone cutting and manufacturing company specializing in colored gemstones for the luxury jewelry and watchmaking industry. We oversee gemstone projects from selection to export, with a strong focus on quality and precision.

This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Gemmopolis (Prawet), Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

·  Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and weekly targets are achieved.

·  Coordinate gemstone selection activities and maintain a continuous flow of stones to Production.

·  Assign tasks and support team members to maximize efficiency and performance.

·  Anticipate delays, manage stone replacements, and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.

·  Conduct quality control checks throughout the project and before export.

·  Coordinate with the Laboratory to ensure stones are sent, processed, and returned on time.

·  Monitor stock availability and ensure appropriate use of inventory.

·  Review daily stone lists and ensure timely return of stones.

·  Maintain accurate records and report inventory or project issues to Management.

Candidate Profile

·  Candidates have full working rights for Thailand. Full professional fluency in Thai is essential, with a solid working command of English.

·  Strong management and team leadership skills, with the ability to organize, supervise, and motivate team members.

·  Experience in project coordination, operations, manufacturing, or the gemstone/jewelry industry is an advantage.
