- 5+ years of technical experience (within financial services industry preferred)
- Strong programming experience in Python and data manipulation using appropriate Python packages
- Experience creating Python packages, writing unit tests, and creating APIs
- Strong software engineering skills, including object-oriented programming (OOP), git flow, and writing clean code
- Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and technologies
- Proficient in working with large-scale datasets and data pre-processing
- Demonstrated knowledge of prompting, including different prompting strategies and when they should be used
- G perience working with business teams to understand business requirements and desired outputs (particularly non-technical business stakeholders)G
