Gen AI Engineer

● We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead GENAI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies.

● The ideal candidate will lead AI/ML engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence in the development of AI solutions that enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies.

● Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and solutions.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement.

● Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.

● Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform project direction.Ensure the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.

● Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

● Strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

● Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

● Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
