• Deployment experience (end-to-end solutions)

Key Technical Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience (Finance domain preferred)
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience building APIs and Python packages
• Unit testing and clean coding practices
• Knowledge of OOP and version control (Git)
• NLP (Natural Language Processing) experience
• Handling large datasets & data preprocessing
• Prompt engineering and prompting strategies

Business & Collaboration Skills

• Ability to understand business requirements
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
