In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technical owner from solution design through implementation and ensuring high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• 8-15 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable front-end applications
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js (API-first design)
• Solid proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript , npm , and modern build tooling
• Strong experience with system integration : REST APIs, webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations
• Proven experience in production deployment & support , including debugging, performance tuning, and reliability engineering
• Strong knowledge of Git , branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e) and secure engineering practices (auth, encryption, compliance basics)

Key Competencies

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Python/Node.js (backend)
• Build and integrate GenAI-powered features (e.g., chat copilots, summarization, extraction, search, automation) into real customer workflows
• Implement Agentic AI systems that can reliably use tools, call APIs, follow workflows, and operate with strong safety/guardrails
• Design systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and forward compatibility
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science and Platform Engineering.
• Own solution delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring
• Create reusable components, internal tooling, and maintain high-quality technical documentation

Platform & Infrastructure Requirements

• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (or ECS, Cloud Run, etc.)
