Gen AI Lead

Please consider the following mandatory criteria before submitting any profile:

• Strong Python experience
• Minimum 4-5 Gen AI project should be in profile
• Experience working with large-scale data
• Microsoft Azure / Azure AI Search experience of at least 2 years, specifically within Gen AI projects
• Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Frameworks, preferably AutoGen
• Minimum 1 year of relevant AutoGen experience in client or production projects (self-learning or personal projects will not be considered)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our AI innovation team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a deep understanding of AI agent orchestration frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GenAI workflows that drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python.
• Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
• Implement and manage AI agent frameworks like AutoGen or other orchestration tools.
• Leverage Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Search and cognitive services, to build scalable GenAI applications.
• Design and experiment with GenAI workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI pipelines with minimal supervision.
• Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Proven experience working with LLMs and their APIs.
• Hands-on expertise in AI agent orchestration tools (e.g., AutoGen, LangChain, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Azure AI services, especially Azure AI Search and cognitive APIs.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI principles.
