Gen AI QA Lead

We are hiring a skilled Gen AI QA Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Travel/Airline domain, specifically in Booking modules. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Automation, Gen AI/LLM, LLM Validation, and Chatbot Testing. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Roles and Responsibility

• Lead the quality assurance team in testing and validating Gen AI models for travel and airline applications.
• Develop and implement automated tests for booking modules using Gen AI/LLM and LLM validation techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Design and execute chatbot testing scenarios to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc.).
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the Travel/Airline domain.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and techniques, including Gen AI/LLM and LLM validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with chatbot testing and user interface design principles.
