Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI (GenAI) Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI application development, and modern GenAI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Generative AI training sessions for beginners and experienced professionals.
• Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises, and project assignments.
• Explain Generative AI concepts using real-world business use cases.
• Cover key topics including:
• Generative AI Fundamentals
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Basics
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Transformer Architecture and Attention Mechanisms
• Prompt Engineering
• Few-shot and Zero-shot Learning
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings and Vector Databases
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• AI Agents and Agentic AI
• Function Calling and Tool Use
• Fine-tuning and Model Adaptation
• LLM Evaluation and Performance Optimization
• AI APIs and Model Integration
• Open-source and Commercial LLMs
• Generative AI Application Development
• Responsible AI, Security, and Data Privacy
• Deployment and Monitoring of GenAI Applications
• Provide hands-on coding exercises using Python and relevant GenAI frameworks.
• Guide learners in developing real-world GenAI applications such as chatbots, document Q&A systems, AI assistants, and RAG applications.
• Demonstrate integration of LLMs with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Explain best practices for prompt design, context management, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Provide project-based assignments and review learner implementations.
• Assess learner progress and provide technical feedback.
• Prepare learners for GenAI/AI technical interviews where required.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Prior experience as a GenAI Trainer, AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Developer, Consultant, or Technical Instructor.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Good understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Experience working with AI/LLM APIs and open-source models.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Real-time GenAI project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or other LLM platforms.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Hugging Face and open-source LLMs.
• Experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA/PEFT is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, APIs, Git, and CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience training working professionals and corporate teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
