GenAI Engineer

We are looking for a Junior GenAI Engineer with a strong analytical mindset and experience in business process optimization, business intelligence, and systems engineering to support the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Generative AI solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into AI-powered applications.
• Assist in the development of AI workflows, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through the adoption of Generative AI technologies.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, databases, and business applications.
• Support data preparation, prompt engineering, testing, and optimization of GenAI models and applications.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI initiatives.
• Participate in the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Software Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Intelligent Automation.

Desired Background:

• Professional experience in Business Process Automation, Business Intelligence, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Process Development, or Systems Engineering.
• Understanding of data analysis, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, or automation platforms is considered a plus.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
