该职位来源于猎聘 THE ROLE This is a technical leadership role at the intersection of AI, software architecture, and innovation – we are looking for a Generative AI (CenAI) Leader for the development and deployment of cutting-edge GenAI solutions for top-tier clients in China. As the GenAI Lead at Capgemini Engineering China, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of GenAI solutions. You will work closely with global and local teams to shape our GenAI strategy, build technical capabilities, and support pre-sales and delivery for clients across industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Engagement & Pre-Sales:  Act as the technical lead in client discussions, understanding business needs and translating them into AI-driven solutions.  Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.  Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions for clients.  Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts. Technical Solutioning:  Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Gen AI, Agentic AI, and traditional ML techniques.  Architect scalable, secure, and robust systems integrating data engineering, MLOps, and cloud-native technologies.  Ensure alignment with cloud native software platform / product standards and best practices. Technical Leadership:  Lead technical teams in the development and deployment of AI solutions  Stay abreast of emerging solutioning trends in Gen AI, Agentic AI, and related technologies  Mentor junior architects and engineers. Innovation & Strategy:  Drive innovation in AI offerings, identifying new use cases and opportunities.  Collaborate with global teams to align regional strategies with global AI initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION Technical Expertise:  Strong software engineering background with experience in microservices, APIs, and scalable architectures.  Overall knowledge in ML, data science, data engineering, and MLOps.  Hands-on experience with Gen AI frameworks (e.g., DeepSeek, OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, Deepseek etc.).

 Experience in Gen AI solutioning (Vector DB, LLM architecture, Prompting Technique, LLM engineering)  Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts and implementations ( Langchain, Langgraph, autogen, llamaindex etc.)  Experience in using Gen AI assistants in software development (Copilot, Crew.ai, Cursor)  Experience with data modeling, feature engineering, and building data pipelines.  Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Architectural Skills:  Proven experience as a software solution architect.  Ability to design and implement complex AI systems with high scalability and performance  Familiarity with AI guardrails, evaluation metrics, and responsible AI practices. Education & Preferred Experience:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.  8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in Gen AI and Agentic AI.  Certifications: Certified AI Architect, TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, or equivalent  Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and team-working skills are a must  Experience in presales activities including RFP responses, solutioning, and client presentations.  Creative mindset and can-do attitude  Excellent business writing and presentation skills  Ability to work and write in English and Chinese is mandatory  Project management skills for complex solution & delivery management

 Previous work experience in multi-national/technology service company/R&D consulting companies is preferred
