Tech Lead JD

Experience

• 9 to 12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years building cloud-native applications on Azure.
• 2+ years implementing GenAI, Copilot, RAG, or agent-based solutions.
• Strong hands-on engineering, delivery leadership, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Core Skills

• Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, GPT models, prompt engineering, agent workflows, tool calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot, Declarative Agents, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint integration, and Adaptive Cards.
• Azure AI Search with vector and hybrid retrieval, semantic ranking, embeddings, document ingestion, and indexing.
• Python, C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and secure integration using Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and OBO.
• Azure Functions, App Service, Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Redis, Monitor, Application Insights, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• PPT, DOCX, and PDF generation using python-pptx, python-docx, ReportLab, or Open XML SDK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Proposal Automation Platform and convert architecture into detailed technical designs.
• Build and optimize agents, RAG pipelines, Microsoft Graph integrations, and Azure AI Search retrieval flows.
• Develop flexible document-generation services for dynamic PPT, DOCX, and PDF outputs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, secrets management, logging, tracing, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Lead sprint delivery, code reviews, engineering standards, troubleshooting, and mentoring of developers.
• Partner with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality outcomes.

Preferred

• MCP, knowledge graphs, AI evaluation and prompt tuning, enterprise content platforms, and proposal automation.
• Strong ownership, communication, client interaction, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• 12 to 18 years of IT experience, including 6+ years in solution or enterprise architecture.
• 3+ years designing GenAI, RAG, Copilot, or agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven client-facing experience leading architecture workshops and technical governance.

• Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, tool calling, and context management.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot, Declarative Agents, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, Teams, Outlook, and web channels.
• Azure AI Search with vector, hybrid and semantic search, embeddings, chunking, indexing, and metadata filtering.
• Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, OBO, RBAC, API security, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance.
• Azure Functions, App Service, API Management, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Redis, Azure Monitor, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Architecture for dynamic PPT, DOCX, and PDF generation using reusable layouts and content building blocks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end target architecture for the Proposal Automation Platform.
• Design agent orchestration, grounding, retrieval, memory, security, integration, and document-generation patterns.
• Define scalable DEV, UAT, and Production deployment, resilience, observability, and performance standards.
• Lead design reviews, client workshops, technology decisions, governance, and architecture documentation.
• Guide engineering teams and ensure alignment with business use cases, security controls, and Responsible AI.

Preferred

• Model Context Protocol (MCP), knowledge graphs, enterprise search, proposal platforms, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.
